うしまど
Today's cup of sake is the second one. It's written "Gintagawa", "Chibitagawa", and it's not easy to read. I was attracted by the name and bought it. After the Katafune, it seemed a bit thin, but when it was heated up to 45 degrees, the flavor and strength spread quickly. It's perfect with salted fish for a side dish. It was another dark night with the emergency declaration, but we had a great time with Joetsu sake.
