I had never heard of this brand but somehow bought it.
It's dark in color, but it's also very strong in taste!
It has a tangy and stimulating alcohol taste, but it is characterized by a strong flavor as if it has been aged. The price of 2300 yen for a bottle is very reasonable.
The heated sake was also delicious.
However, the sake is quite assertive, so it would not go well with dishes that do not have a strong flavor. I tried it with sashimi, but the sake won out and it didn't go well with it at all. It is a Nagano sake, so it seems to go well with miso dishes.
