Today's snacks are Satsuma-age and fried horse mackerel with ume and shiso.
The aroma is a clear ginjo aroma and I had a feeling it would be delicious even before I drank it! The first attack is a refreshing mouthfeel with a slight shuwa feeling, which gives way to a mild, juicy sweetness, and finishes with a not-too-strong bitterness that gives it a nice kick. Definitely delicious 😋It's going to be one of the best 3 this year ‼️
