I received this from a friend in Ehime. I love Omachi, so this is a very nice gift for me.
It has the soft taste of rice that is typical of Omachi, but with little lingering and a nice crispness.
It has a sharpness and elegance that I had not expected from Omachi.
I enjoyed it very much.
