SALONIt's been almost a year since I drank this last year. It's not outstanding by any means, but it has a sharp sweetness to it. I feel it even more so because most of the other types of sake are so elegant and delicate. The sweetness and the aroma are avant-garde while being clear. After all, it is my favorite of all Kamonishiki.
