Searching for a heated and cosy sake that I can drink on a daily basis.
Delicious, but a little assertive. I'd like a sake that is a little more refreshing.
Checking the website to learn more about sake. The homepage is not very well designed. Perhaps because it's in Yamagata, I felt the company was concerned about the quality of their sake, such as the survey data on radiation levels.
