A house restaurant senti.u in Kanoya City, Kagoshima Prefecture, this restaurant has been awarded three toques by Go et Mio, and is famous for its nourishing Italian cuisine reminiscent of Japanese food, with a focus on local production for local consumption in the local Osumi Peninsula.
The soft, mildly sweet and mildly acidic ecru was a perfect match with the freshness of the steamed abalone with liver and mint-scented sauce!
