This is my first time in Taiping Sea.
I was completely caught by the specs.
Omachi, unpasteurized sake, and low alcohol is definitely something I would buy.
I can already feel the Omachi in the aroma.
The sweetness is a bit restrained, but the umami, acidity and bitterness are strong.
Maybe it's the moderate sweetness, or maybe it's the crispness, but I felt it was kind of dry.
I have the impression that I don't like it for its specifications.
But it's like a summer sake, and I'm happy to drink it this season.
