Junmai Ginjo-shu with a 50% rice polishing ratio
It is a junmai ginjo light nigori made with "Yamadanishiki" for koji rice and "Yumenokou" for kake rice.
When poured into a glass, it has a calm and sweet ginjo aroma. The first impression when drinking it is not fruity, but you can feel a thick, elegant, and firm sweetness characteristic of nigori sake. The aftertaste is refreshing with a sharp acidity.
It is also delicious!
