Mochimochi collaboration sake 🍶. It's a Nagurayama, but it's made with white malted rice, so I was imagining a sweet and sour taste when I uncorked it 🍾. Reviews say it has a great taste change, so I plan to sip a little 💦. The first day, it was just as I imagined it would be, white malted rice in full bloom! Sourness prevails over sweetness, and there is a hard feeling. Day 2, it became mellower! And the sake itself has a heavier and firmer taste✨. Good balance of sourness and sweetness👍 Day 3, the sweetness overtakes the sourness 💨. A little bitterness on the finish, different crispness than the first day ✨. Day 4,,, Oh.., Not much left 💦 lol A collaboration between a sake shop and a brewery! Collaboration between the maker and the seller! The evolution towards sake is amazing👍! Looking forward to the next sake ✨
