This mysterious sake is made using Nara's own and contract-cultivated rice "Yamadanishiki" and "wooden vats" made of Yoshinosugi (Yoshino cedar), and is brewed at the foot of Mt. Miwa, where the god of sake is said to reside, using the oldest sake brewing method called "Bodemoto".
This is a gem of a sake with a smooth mouthfeel, a powerful and thick flavor, and a complex taste and aroma that create an exquisite harmony.
This one is characterized by its refreshing taste and sharp finish.
