It fizzes when poured into the glass.
I was surprised at the size of the bubbles. This is the reason why I didn't describe it as a slight fizz.
The aroma is gorgeous. As the temperature rises, the aroma changes to that of a lactic acid drink. In a good sense, it doesn't seem like sake.
Because of the low alcohol content, you can drink more and more of it. It is a must try for those who are uncomfortable with sake.
There is another brand that has a similar aroma and taste to this sake, but I personally prefer it to this one. I don't have a good record or memory of it, but I think it was the best sake I drank this year. However, the price is a bit high compared to other brands, so I guess it depends on how you look at it.
