I liked this one the moment I smelled it. Dynamic green apple aroma. The taste is light and beautiful sake. Beautiful acidity and slight sweetness, not much amino acid. You can feel the alky feeling in the aftertaste.
In fact, it is in the same position as the Bikuyo we drank yesterday.
It has the lightness and crispness typical of Kochi. It is an all-rounder that can be enjoyed both warmed and chilled. I was stunned when I heard it was a low-cost honjozo. This should be made into a one-cup bottle.
Pairing: Goes well with all Kochi cuisine, such as bonito tataki, grilled blue fish, and fried food.
