さけまるThe aroma is thin and hidden, as if you are smelling through a filter.
However, once in the mouth, it blossoms at once, and the aroma passes through to the nose with a strong flavor, which is immediately snappy. The same bitter aftertaste persists for quite a while.
Although it has an Alc of 16.5, it is a bit low in the mouthfeel. When drunk on its own, it is a bottle that makes you want to pair it with sashimi.
If you drink it warmed in the sun, it will have more alcohol and the acidity will become more pronounced, and the bitter aftertaste will go away, replaced by a faint sweetness.
We prefer it cold to room temperature.
