It's been a while since I've had this Shinsei Yono-tori 10th Anniversary Sake.
It's the one that was left at room temperature for a year after it was sealed and then stored in the fridge.
It's got the aroma of oak barrels, the sweetness of a noble sake, and the complex flavors of aging it at home.
