It's been a while since I've been to Mimuro Cedar 🍶.
And the new sake I look forward to every year 😊.
When I opened the bottle, the bubbles were unexpectedly healthy and almost overflowed, but I opened it safely😅.
This is really good 😋.
The balance between the rummy sweetness, the grapefruit bitterness in the second half, and the fizz is seriously perfect 😋.
I drank it all up within about an hour of opening the bottle😅.
