Miyazumi Meijo is famous for Sharaku, but I bought Miyazumi brand which is sold mainly in Fukushima, my hometown.
It had been chilled in the cellar for quite a few days, but the gas pressure was still high enough to make a nice popping sound. The aroma is mild, and the sweetness is restrained, but you can really feel the deliciousness of the rice that is unique to origarami.
I dared to heat up the last glass, but it didn't have any unpleasant acidity, so it was as easy to drink as if it were chilled.
I can't wait for the new sake season, when the nigori comes out well.
