Rice and rice malt are domestically produced and labeled as domestic rice. Polishing ratio is 60%.
Purchased at the Bandai factory's Yutsukura. I think there used to be an Ippiki Haraju labeled as Fukunoka, but the rice used seems to be different this time.
When poured into a glass, it has a very slight golden color, and the taste of rice is simply delicious in the mouth at room temperature. The aftertaste is very slightly dry, but in general it is a mild rice flavor type.
