It is Iyo Kagiya. We will enjoy it with various stories.
When served cold, it is a 17.5 degree C draft sake, so it has a strong mouthfeel, but the aroma (melon) and sweetness flow smoothly and smoothly.
It has no aftertaste and goes well with meals.
You will drink more and more of it.
We enjoyed it very much.

I did a tasting survey for this one last season 😆 I tasted about 8 different ones and picked the best ones, but it was very difficult to choose because they were similar strains with subtle differences 🤣.
