kisaragisyu100% Dewa Sanzu is used. It also has a nice aroma. It is a dry wine with a crisp and clean taste that goes very well with fish dishes. If I had to choose a favorite, I would say Mutsu Hachisen, but it seems that many people prefer this one, and it was very tasty.
