Harukasumi, this is the first sake I have had at home 🍶.
I don't know if it's because of the chestnut label ⁉️, but it has a marron-like nutty sweetness and a bit of astringency 🤔.
It's young, very easy to drink and delicious on the palate 😋.
I'm glad I gave in to the liquor store's insistence that I could only taste it now and bought it 😁.
