Daiginjyo once fired. Mild and pleasant aroma. Slightly sweet and mild with little acidity. It is neither thick nor thin. The sugar content is measured at 11.5%, but it doesn't seem that sweet. The sourness comes out when it gets lukewarm, so it might be good if it is heated up. But it's been so hot that I'm not in the mood for hot sake. It's a little elusive.
