Last weekend was a farewell party involving summer personnel at work.
A fellow sake drinker, who claims to be my disciple, presented me with a bottle of Shinsei!
He said, "We only have this kind of sake now," but no, no, it's too extravagant!
Only at a time like this would I inwardly think to myself, "That's just great, my disciple! My disciple!
The aroma is a rich, fruity ginjo aroma!
The mouthfeel is mildly sweet with rounded acidity. Shinsei is a balance of this characteristic acidity and umami. Fruity aftertaste with a sense of wooden vat. The acidity and bitterness at the end of the bottle is also cut off smoothly,
Ahhhh, delicious!
Thank you very much for your kindness!
