Perhaps it is because of the fresh storage, but even though it is a new sake, the bitterness unique to Gohyakumangoku is moderately rounded and characterized by a plump rice flavor 🤔.
I received this sake as a gift from a great senior at my company as a gift for passing my sakediploma 🍶.
