Today we are in Hizen Province, Ko-Imari-mae, It's a drink from a village famous for Imariyaki. Sweet pineapple? Melon? It smells like a sweet pineapple or melon. What the heck! It's soaked in alcohol, that's good! It should be fragrant! Not sweet, not spicy, it just flows right down your throat. It goes well with rice! There are many breweries that brew good sake in Hizen Province. thanks Kuramochi Corporation (Iwamizawa)
