まつちよIt's a light nigori (niggly) solution from Furoisen 🍶.
The top aroma is a faint scent of koji mold.
When you put it in your mouth, you can strongly feel the spiciness of the tailings on your tongue, and the sweetness of the rice is only faintly perceptible.
It is not "dry" but so spicy that you can't really taste anything else 🥵.
I wonder what the ingredients are... 🤔.
