This sake is made by Kondo Sake Brewery in Gunma Prefecture.
A female brewer worked on this sake together with the toji (master brewer).
This year is their third season.
I bought it on my way home from a visit to Marunuma Kogen ski resort in Gunma.
The aroma is not that strong but slightly fruity, and the sweetness is medium.
It can be used as a mid-meal drink.
It also has the aroma of steamed rice.
The aroma of steamed rice is also present, and it is well balanced.
At 1,430 yen for a jungin unfiltered raw sake, it is a cosy sake.
