Haste
I had this sake when I had a meal on a business trip to Matsuyama. It is only available at a small number of restaurants in Ehime, and was created in cooperation with restaurants based on the concept of sake that goes well with Ehime's ingredients. The sake had a restrained and elegant aroma, and was smooth and easy to drink despite its firmness. It went well with sea bream sashimi and other dishes.
