I stopped by the sake brewery on my trip to Ibaraki and bought it at a nearby distributor who told me about it👍I was hooked after drinking Terroir Ota-no-Tani last year, so I took the time to get off the highway on my way there.
It has a fresh aroma, and when you take a sip, the sweetness and rich flavor spreads out (reminded me of the rum raisin flavor of a certain high-end ice cream), but the aftertaste is clean and leaves no residue on the tip of the tongue, so you can drink more without getting tired of drinking it 😊.
