The label is also intriguing, as it is a next-generation sake made by the Hakkaisan sake brewery. There seem to be many variations of flowers. I wonder if it is a flower yeast?
The taste and aroma are a bit different from the others, and although it is hard to describe, it is definitely delicious, and I was charmed by the label.
