The aroma is a bit like a melon before it ripens. When you sip it, you can smell the aroma of the rice as only Junmai can, and the sourness, spiciness, and sweetness spread out in your mouth in good balance. At the end of the sip, the spiciness lingers, and you can feel it receding. I think it is a refreshing dry sake.
