It can be served at room temperature or warmed.
Although it is labeled as a "very dry" sake, it is relatively soft and stable in mouthfeel. Although it is a junmai sake, it also has a nice ginjo flavor with a hint of fragrance. It's still delicious.
It reminds me of the fact that many adults who claim to be strict with others are in fact kind people at heart....
