Atagonomatsuはるこい 純米吟醸 生酒
rinAlthough this sake is often associated with spring, I have never had it before, and this year was the first time I purchased it.
The aroma is fruity with a little acidity. It certainly has a strawberry flavor.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the tangy gas and the refreshing fruity acidity. The sweetness and acidity, which is best described as the most "exciting" ever, disappear unexpectedly in the latter half of the bottle.
I had it with strawberry caprese based on the reference from SakeLabo, and it was indeed a wonderful marriage.
