Kouyougiku SNOW CRESCENT
Kouyoungiku is a hot topic since last year.
Because I had not drunk it yet, I bought it at the end of the year based on the arrival information.
I was in a hurry because I thought I was going to spurt out.
Cold sake
It was quite cloudy, so I started with the top clear.
The aroma is like yogurt.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the strong acidity and the flavor of the rice.
It's not that sweet, but the bitterness makes it refreshing.
Very elegant Calpis sour
Stirring
It becomes very silky, and it is very good.
It's like Hirotogawa Nigori with more sourness and carbonation and added bitterness. I can see why it has so many fans.
Personally, it was quite a shocking encounter!
I want to try many other products!
[Extra]
I had some Calpis Sour at home, so I tried to compare them.
Calpis has a sweetness that jumps out at you first, but KOHEI-KIKU has a sourness that jumps out and a good taste of rice.
