I still have some Viridian in the fridge, so I'm not sure when I'll open it, but I'm going to try the Ecru again.
The contours are free of fringes, and there's a definite gassy feel to it even after it's been sitting for a while. What can I say, you're doing a great job!
I really don't have a lot of vocabulary, but the word "neat" suits it. It's a cool sake.
