くろりん
Kaze no Mori on Setsubun day after a long absence.
This sake is brewed with Akitsuho, a sake rice rarely seen in Hiroshima.
The aroma is mild, but in the mouth it has a punchy taste with firm gas.
Many people comment that it is "dry," but it has a deep flavor with a lingering aftertaste.
We enjoyed it with tuna, yellowtail, salmon, and other ehomaki rolls, and pork miso soup.
