I thought it would be perfect with Chinese food because of its dryness. I thought it would be perfect for Chinese food, so I tried it with sweet-and-sour pork. The dry sake turned out to have a mild flavor, and the sake was enjoyed with a glass of wine. Delicious!
Yesterday, there was a report that the brewer of "Takeba", Kazuma Shuzo, has resumed sake brewing. I heard that the entire Noto Railway line is now open. We would like to continue to support the Noto region, which is gradually recovering.
