Shinanotsuru is recommended by a sake professional, k.f. professional golfer's apprentice. I heard that the cheap one is also good, so I bought it, and it's also good! It has a good balance between the fullness of the raw sake and the moderate sweetness that remains. It is not flashy, but it is high quality. The price is moderate and I highly recommend it.
