KirakuchoRice Trade 純米大吟醸

This sake is a collaboration with "Suminoe Sake Brewery" in Miyagi Prefecture in an attempt to exchange rice. I wondered if it tasted light. but the taste afterward was delicious.
Here is the explanation
On the palate, the fresh aroma of No. 14 yeast is very high both in the standing aroma and in the mouth aroma. The taste is light and crisp, with a moderate greenness and freshness that harmonize with the quality of the sake.
In terms of production, we tried to make the most of the characteristics of Miyagi Prefecture's sake rice, "Gin-no-Iroha," while also adding Kirakucho's unique characteristics. The sake is brewed with a mix of East and West, with the lightness and crispness of Tohoku and Miyagi in mind, and the full, citrusy aroma of Kirakucho's signature No. 14 yeast. We were also conscious of the new design of Junmai Daiginjo, which was a change from previous Kirakucho brews, while incorporating Suminoe Shuzo's sake brewing methods in the unrefining management. It was our first attempt at brewing and we had a lot of fun and learned a lot. Please enjoy the new side of Kirakucho!
