Aroma is modest😊.
The taste is clean with a hint of sweetness of the vinegared iso type as shown on the back label (slightly sweet! Sugar type mellowness?)
The crisp aftertaste makes it easy to drink 🥰.
It's a very refreshing sake from Shizuoka Prefecture. It was easy to drink with a vinegar-iso-refreshing taste!
I'll try it with bonito next time 😁.
