This is the 10th and final installment of the GW continuous bottle opening challenge ️!
The next day, Sunday, I will be attending my niece's wedding, so it will end today, 5/7 😁.
Well opened and well emptied 🤣.
The stock in the fridge has changed a lot 🤗←The number of bottles in stock hasn't changed 🤣.
The last one is Junmai Ginjo-shu made with Omachi from Akaban in Nabeshima 😊.
I still like this level of rice polishing 🥰.
Daiginjo is also delicious 😊 but sometimes the aroma is a bit too strong...
I sometimes feel it's a bit too much...
Well, it's a luxury 😅
This sake has a well-balanced taste with a fruity and umami flavor typical of Omachi 🤗.
It's a true Nabeshima 🤔.
This week I will finish all the sake I opened this GW, so it will be a long time since I opened the next bottle 😋.
I wonder what I will drink 😋!
