Setsugoro's exhibit.
Whenever I go skiing in Echigo-Yuzawa, I always come back with this.
Crystal silver with a transparent feel.
Rich fruit aroma of apple, pear, melon, and a hint of banana, as well as acacia. Fine and elegant rice aroma such as Kamishinko and Shiratama dumpling, and faint green tone like selfeil.
The fruit is up front and beautiful.
The attack is strong and mildly sweet, but also has a strong alcohol taste, with a spicy and full-bodied bitterness at the same time. Although sweet, there is a crisp aftertaste, and the alky finish gives a sense of balance.
It has been a while since I had it, but this is as delicious as ever (^o^)
