Another hot week, made more difficult by the typhoon 🌀
Before summer ends, we opened a bottle of summer sake with a summery label🍶.
This is a sake from Aichi prefecture that I tasted and purchased at an event.
The aroma is gorgeous, maybe because it is also alsobeared?
The taste is pleasant with a strong umami flavor and a refreshing acidity, and it has a nice sharpness, so it tastes just right with sashimi 🐟.
I was told that it is recommended to drink it on the rocks, so I tried it on the rocks as well, and it tastes like it could be drunk endlessly 😅.
When I told the brewer that the sake from Aichi Prefecture is delicious, he seemed happy and said that the fermented foods in Aichi Prefecture are actually very good 😌 (soy sauce, miso, sake).
