Sake Days at Home 2021 Summer No.5
Cold sake
It is so refreshing that you can feel the acidity. But I don't feel sourness.
Drink. Gentle mango. Pale and gently piquant. Bitterness, perhaps from the carbonation. My favorite bitterness. An open feeling that opens up the back of the nose. When swallowed, it is astringent, bitter, and solidly refreshing
35℃.
The green smell of summer. The sweetness of the tropics. Both extremes coexist.
Drinking It has a sour taste at first. The sweetness with a little thickness soon. In the back, there is a sourness with a bitter taste. As you swallow it, you can feel a vaguely protective feeling of sake and alcohol.
55℃.
Warmed sake in the severe snow
Drink it. Taste and drink. A trinity. Astringency to light sweetness. Thickness. I don't need any snacks. I want to drink only this all the time. I want to drink it until I get tired of it. When you swallow it, the aftertaste is sweet. It is like a dreamy drop from Dracula 6.
65°C
The alcohol of the gentle rice which stands with a buzz
drink it. The attack is sweet, sour, and intense. But beyond that, it is full and delicious. It is delicious! I think that the appeal of Denyu is best demonstrated at high temperatures. It is the same with Junmai Ginjo. When swallowed, it is moist, sweet and sour. The aftertaste is fresh, sweet and sour.

I forgot to take a picture.
It is 180 degrees different from the impression I had when I tasted it before. What is the impression of sake? I was questioned from the very beginning.
We've been talking about repeat customers, but how much meaning does that decision have? It made me think about it once again.
