Taste The aroma has a mild sweetness. The acidity spreads from there, and there is a sharp aftertaste. There is a certain amount of gas when it is first opened. This is because it is a direct bottling. It is bottle-aged, but it has a fresh feeling.
This is the first time I drank Yamama. It is a mellow sweet type of Niigata.
