It is said to be Iki's only sake that has been revived after 30 years. It is said to be the only sake from Iki that has been revived after 30 years. It has a refreshing pineapple-like aroma and a clean, crisp taste, with a fizzy, acidic flavor that makes it very easy to drink.
It seems to go especially well with dishes with a sour taste, such as pickled horse mackerel.
