ボビバレI bought it because it was a sake from Fukui, which is not often seen. ＋It seems drier than the online description of +2. It has a slightly stronger acidity and a hint of rice flavor. It is not what one would call a watery sake, but rather a good balance of being refreshing while being drinkable. I was surprised to find that many sake from Fukui have a dragon on the bottle.
