We will have the different rice series from Tenbi again this year!
The design seems to have changed since Mr. Fujioka left. We liked the previous design, but this one is stylish and nice.
The taste is still the same with the acidic flavor of Amami, but the impression is more subdued than before.
It has the deep umami and robust flavor that is typical of Omachi, and you can feel the characteristics of the rice even more than before.
The series with different rice seems to be promising this year, so I would like to buy the next one.
