うえぽんWithout much recognition of the fact that it is a representative brand of Yamanashi, I have it at a small counter restaurant in my neighborhood.
The attack is extremely soft, and the moderate acidity and sweetness that are so popular these days cover the palate pleasantly. It is not too assertive, and can be enjoyed as it is or as an in-between-dinner drink.
We enjoyed it with a snack of red clams and had a happy time at the end of the year.
