What's so great about it?
The aroma is subtle, and the rice flavor is soft. The aroma is slightly fluffy with a hint of rice flavor, and there is a hint of fine lactic acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, it is slightly acidic and delicious. A well-honed classic. The acidity of the lactic acid and the umami of the rice are clear. From there, the acidity and alcohol swell up, and the aftertaste is very smooth. The alcohol taste is also strong. And the aftertaste is delicious.
I see, this is a high-class sake. You can tell that it is a good sake.
If I were to compare it to Ghibli's "Gedo Senki", I would say it is like the Allen of "Gedo Senki". The noble lineage and the sharpness that has been sharpened.
